Bill joined Saphineia from Griffith Foods, a family owned global flavor and ingredient company. As U.S. Human Resources Director, Bill oversaw Human Resources activity for all US business units, coordinating with North American and Global counterparts.

Prior to Griffith Foods, Bill spent 15 years with Unilever Bestfoods as U.S. Human Resources Director for the Foodservice Division. During this time, he coordinated the successful integration of two businesses into the Bestfoods Foodservice group and led the US integration into the Unilever business group. Bill also led a global team in the design and implementation of a company-wide onboarding process and as member of the US Executive Board and the Global HR Executive committee, Bill assisted in the design and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
