Tabitha joined Saphineia from Hearthside Food Solutions, where as Continuous Improvement Manager III, she was responsible for CI at a 525,000 square foot plant with 28 lines and ~1,500 employees.
Prior to this role, Tabitha was a Scrum Master, where she used Agile theory and practices to help teams drive rapid improvements via targeted sprints.
Before becoming a Scrum Master, Tabitha was a Sr. CI Specialist, Product Development Technologist and Quality Assurance Tech for Hearthside (including at Greencore USA prior to its acquisition by Hearthside).
