John has ~35 years of HR leadership experience with leading industrial, food and consumer products companies.

Most recently, John served as Chief Human Resources Officer for STI Holdings/Stoughton Trailers, where he successfully rebuilt the HR function from a historically tactical model into a highly strategic, business-aligned organization.

Prior to STI Holdings, John was Head of Human Resources at Signicast Inc., where he helped transform the company’s eight-plant manufacturing network into a Servant Leadership culture.

Before joining Signicast, John operated his own Human Resources consulting business, specializing in management and leadership coaching, employee engagement strategies, and proactive HR re-engagement and rebuilding initiatives.

Earlier in his career, John served as HR Director for Kraft Foods, where he directed HR and Safety across 2,700 union and non-union employees in Kraft’s Oscar Mayer Foods division.
