Most recently, Aaron served as Vice President of Supply for Impossible. In this role, Aaron drove the transformation of processes from lab and kitchen to full-scale factory production, building a global manufacturing network with both owned and contract operations. His leadership delivered a 176% increase in production output and a 47% reduction in production cost, while setting up plants, organizations, and supply chain networks worldwide.

Prior to Impossible Foods, Aaron spent several years conducting high-impact biophysics research, with publications in top scientific journals including Nature.
