The majority of his career was spent with Smithfield Foods, where as Senior Director of Manufacturing he oversaw 5 plants, managing more than 2,000 employees and processing 200 million pounds annually. He also held leadership roles as Director of Supply Chain and Director of Continuous Improvement, driving efficiency and operational excellence across the company.
Bill began his career with Kraft Foods, where over an 18-year span he held roles of increasing responsibility in Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering. His positions included Operations Manager of Contract Manufacturing, Business Unit Manager, and Corporate Senior Manufacturing Engineer. More recently, Bill served as Sr. Director of Operations for Suzy’s Cream Cheesecakes and Sprecher Brewing.
