Dennis’s career includes senior leadership roles with Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, SC Johnson, and L3Harris, where he led enterprise-level SHE initiatives and Lean Manufacturing programs in both global and regional capacities.

Among Dennis’s many accomplishments:

  • 80% reduction in accidents as Unilever’s Corporate Group Manager for SHE
  • As global SHE leader at Kimberly-Clark and L3 Harris, he helped each of these companies achieve the lowest incident rates in company history
  • At Unilever, he spearheaded a Total Productive Maintenance/Lean transformation across thirty manufacturing sites in North America that increased OEE from 60% to >85%
