Jodi spent 9 years with Kerry Americas, starting as Product Development Scientist and then leading a team of scientists supporting global R&D initiatives as R&D Manager across a beverage portfolio with over $140M in revenue and 700+ SKUs.

Jodi joined Saphineia from Beverage Sense, where she was Principal Consultant working with beverage manufacturing companies developing sensory programs, ensuring compliance with auditing bodies and customer requirements, developing training programs for shopfloor operators and establishing shelf-life testing procedures.

Prior to Beverage Sense, Jodi served as business development manager at Synergy Flavors, where she was responsible for strategic account planning, pricing and product line management across its target accounts.

Jodi began her career with Sage Group International as product development scientist. Jodi also is an owner of Snap Fitness 24/7, a gym based in Milwaukee, WI.
